A good day for most Clubs in the SFA Scottish Youth Cup with Spartans beating Partick Thistle 4 – 2, Selkirk beating Dalbeattie Star 3 – 2 and East Kilbride beating Stenhousemuir 3 – 2. Edinburgh City lost 1 – 4 to Whitehill Welfare.
GALA’S Under 13s entertained Ancrum at Netherdale on Sunday. The side continued to show improvement with the defence starting to gel.The midfield did not get to grips with opposition and as a result the forwards did not get many opportunities.
