Whitehill Welfare have announced that David Bingham has been appointed as their new manager, following the departure of Steven Hislop earlier this week.
The former Inverness Caledonian Thistle, St Johnstone and Queen of the South player also has managerial experience with Tynecastle and Preston Athletic.
David joined Whitehill in April of this year as assistant manager.

The newly installed floodlights at Dalbeatte Star were switched on for the first time last night and they looked superb.
However one or two small issues have to be cleared before they can play a match under the lights and hopefully it will be sooner rather than later when they get to play a match under them.
