The revamped IRN-BRU Cup kicks off tonight with two Lowland League teams in action.
Tonight East Stirlingshire will host Montrose at Ochilview whilst Spartans makes the trip to face Berwick Rangers.
Tomorrow night Cumbernauld Colts welcome Hamilton Accies Colts to Broadwood and next week the University of Stirling make the trip to Forthbank to face Rangers Colts.
This season sees the introduction of Premiership Colt teams, and four sides from both the Highland and Lowland Leagues, with two clubs from Northern Ireland and two from Wales entering in round four.
The competition began life as the Centenary Cup in 1990/91 and was won by Dundee in the first season.
Rangers are the current holders following their 4-0 victory over Peterhead in April.
The draw for the second round will take place at Hampden on Thursday.
