The 2022/23 season of The Park’s Motor Group Scottish Lowland Football League.

Albion Rovers vs Cowdenbeath

With a history of facing each other in the SPFL, Albion Rovers and Cowdenbeath have met each other only once previously for Lowland League duty, with the game ending 0-0.

Bo’ness United vs Berwick Rangers

Bo’ness United are undefeated in their last three meetings with Berwick Rangers – with the 22/23 games ending 2-2 and 1-0, as well as their 2-1 win earlier this season.

Bo’ness United currently sit in 5th place with 34 points from their 18 games played – made up of 11 wins, three draws, and two defeats.

The B.U’s have seen their previous six league games end in three wins and three defeats, with their most recent result being the 2-1 away win over Gretna 2008.

Caledonian Braves vs Celtic B

Celtic B are undefeated in all five meetings with Caledonian Braves – with the results ending 3-2, 2-0, 4-4, 1-0, and the 5-1 win earlier this season.

Caledonian Braves currently sit in 12th place with 23 points from their 19 games played – made up of six wins, five draws, and nine defeats.

The Braves have won one of their last seven league matches – with three defeats and three draws making up the other results, including their recent 1-1 draw with Civil Service Strollers.

Cumbernauld Colts vs University of Stirling

University of Stirling took maximum points last season – winning 3-1 and 2-0. However, Cumbernauld won the meeting earlier this season 3-0.

East Kilbride vs Gretna 2008

Over the course of the 22/23 season and current campaign, both sides have met on four occasions – with East Kilbride winning the three league fixtures as well knocking Gretna 2008 out of the Lowland League Cup. EK have scored 25 goals in those matches, without conceding any.

The Anvils come into this with three consecutive defeats – losing 3-1 to University of Stirling, 5-0 to Linlithgow Rose, and their recent 2-1 defeat to Broomhill.

East Stirlingshire vs Civil Service Strollers

Two of the last three meetings between the sides have ended in stalemate – with 2-2 and 0-0 draws sitting either side of a 3-1 win for Civil Service Strollers.

East Stirlingshire currently sit in 16th place with 16 points from their 19 games played – made up of four wins, four draws, and 11 defeats.

Following five consecutive league defeats, The Shire come into this off the back of a 3-2 win over Albion Rovers.

Civil Service Strollers currently sit in 8th place with 27 points from their 18 games played – made up of eight wins, three draws, and seven defeats.

Strollers have won three of their last five matches, but come into this with back-to-back games without a win – losing 3-0 to Hearts B followed by their recent 1-1 draw with Caledonian Braves.

Edinburgh University vs Tranent

The last three meetings have seen Tranent pick up maximum points against Edinburgh University thanks to some convincing wins – with the games ending 4-1, 8-0, and the 6-2 result earlier this season.

Edinburgh University currently sit bottom of the table with five points from their 18 games played – made up of one win, two draws, and 15 defeats.

Having drawn 2-2 with Albion Rovers, Uni have since lost 2-0 away to Berwick Rangers.

Tranent currently sit in 4th place with 36 points from their 16 games played – made up of 11 wins, three draws, and two defeats.

The Big T come into this with a ten-game undefeated run in the Lowland League – including their recent 2-1 win over University of Stirling.
