Edinburgh City will now face the winners of the Highland League in the play-off.
City boss Gary Jaridne said “To win two titles at any level of football is a fantastic achievement and I’m delighted for the players, coaches and committee who deserve the success for the amount of effort and hours they put in.
“The titles have been the result of a few good years hard work with everyone pulling in the same direction and the addition of right type of player who have complimented the group who have grown up together.
“I couldn’t be prouder of my players, not only as footballers, but the way they put the team first and the respect that they show for each other.
“They’re a wonderful group to work with and back to back titles is the least they deserve.”
League chairman Andrew Waddell said “Congratulations to Edinburgh City on winning the Lowland League for a second consecutive season.
“Everyone agrees that the standard on the pitch has been higher than ever this year and City have risen to the challenge to retain the title.
“Well done.”
The play-offs will take place on 23rd and 30th April 2016.
